Now Erin From Girls with Slingshots Is Officially Asexual

Asexual fans of the Girls With Slingshots web comic engaged in a premature celebration when a recent comic decleared that one character was Ace. The problem with this declaration is that it did not come from the character herself.

Erin, the character question, still has not made an official declaration about her orientation. The more important sources confirmed that the character is someone who does not experience sexual attraction. Danielle Corsetto revealed that the character was a romantic Asexual.

Corsetto explained all the relationships and the history of each of the characters in a recent blog post. Near the end of the post she explains the couple in a polyamorous relationship, and mentions that Ace is a slang term used to refer to a specific orientation. She does not suggest that the term has any connection to pilots and aviation. The author of this article may consider this to be a grievous oversight, but not every Ace is an aviation buff.
